The industrial battery chargers of the BX series, with microprocessor switching technology, are designed to charge batteries, optimizing their performance and duration. The electronic management of the maintenance charge of the battery ensures optimal recharges over time. Once the batteries have been automatically charged according to the multi-stage principle, i.e. Fast charge and Trickle charge, the system checks their quality to prevent any risk of damage, thus allowing them to be left permanently under charge.

BX battery chargers are suitable for charging most batteries on the market. The user can select the type of battery to be charged using a jumper. They can charge: open lead acid, sealed lead acid, gel, Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, and Li-Ion batteries.
Multi-Stage charging, 4 charging modes
Automatic multi-stage operation and real-time diagnostics allow for a quick charge and deep recovery of discharged batteries. This operation allows for two functions: stabilized voltage and stabilized current.
The battery charger has four charging modes, identified by a flashing code provided by an LED on the device.
Recovery (5 flashes / sec)
Boost – Bulk (2 flashes / sec)
Absorption (1 flash / sec)
Trickle – Float (1 flash / 2 sec)
Recovery charging
Automatic multi-stage operation optimizes and adapts to the battery state even when the battery voltage is very low. BX can also charge batteries when their voltage is close to zero. This allows the charging and complete recovery of discharged batteries.
Battery Life Test
Every two hours, the device detects the internal battery impedance to prevent any possible damage and ensure continuous service. In addition, the connection of the battery to the device is monitored. BX, through the detection circuit, recognizes batteries with a short circuit or open cell.
